Refund policy
It is possible that an item does not match your expectations, or you change your mind. For online purchases, you have 15 days to be reimbursed. To request a refund, please send us an email -office@leunoiaintimates.com with your name, address, order number, and the reason for the return.
Please note that the cost of shipping is your responsibility. All original manufacturer's tags or packaging must be intact in order for us to accept a return. To ensure we are selling only brand new, unworn merchandise, we kindly ask that underwear is tried on over your own underwear, and that hygiene stickers or protective liners are not removed. All returned items are examined to ensure they meet hygiene and health standards, and if we believe an item has been tried on or worn, we will not accept it as a return.
If you want to replace the received product with another, send us an email office@leunoiaintimates.com to specify the details of the replacement. It is important for us to keep you satisfied! Your only obligation is to send your shipment to the courier office. In case of replacement, we make a commitment to provide the selected new product.
If you should receive an item that is defective, damaged, or not what you ordered, please contact us within 10 days. We will help you resolve any issues as quickly as possible by replacing the item or refunding the amount paid. The faulty item will need to be returned to us by post, please note that the shipping fee is your responsibility.
